Travel Mugs

You will be sculpting using your hands and a variety of tools to form the clay instead of a pottery wheel.

Location: Community Clay, 3349 Blake St., Denver, CO
This workshop welcomes participants of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced potters.

Glazing Techniques with Liz Cohen
Join Denver ceramicist Liz Cohen for a masterclass on glaze resist. In this hands-on workshop, Liz will demonstrate her process of turning two dimensional designs into functional, three dimensional forms with clean lines and vibrant colors.
Learn how to plot out your design, apply tape and brush on commercial glazes and underglazes. Liz will discuss color theory and more complex methods of design, including printed stencils. Design and create your own piece with what you've learned.
